Rapid demographic, epidemiological, and nutritional transitions have brought a pressing need to track progress in adolescent health. This study presents country-level estimates of 12 headline indicators on adolescent health and wellbeing, from 1990 to 2016. It is an overview of recent global shifts in adolescent health at a global level, extending to country-level estimates for 195 countries and territories. This study highlights a pressing need for adoption of comprehensive and integrated approaches to adolescent health and monitoring the success of these investments. It is a useful resource for implementers to plan programs based on identified gaps. Click here to access the resource.
