The year 2019-20 was a landmark year in the progress towards TB elimination in India. With a view to making India TB free, a commitment made under the SDGs, India launched the National Strategic Plan under the National TB Elimination Program (NTEP). The Annual TB Report documents the journey of sustained acceleration of efforts and increased collaboration to end TB. It provides an overview of the achievements of the program and can be used to identify areas that require increased focus. It can be used by policy makers to give a thrust to the End TB program.
