This brief focuses on indicators and reporting frameworks to measure adolescent health, social development, and well-being. It discusses the principles of good indicator definition, the common use of indicators, examples of indicators for adolescent health along with social development. It also provides existing global data to describe (and populate indicators of) adolescent health and social development, and lastly, how data collection efforts can be improved.
